This is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout involves short bursts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. Involving cardio, core and strength training components this class is designed to get you fit, strong & fierce!

This 45 Min session will involve timed blocks where participants will complete a set number of sets & reps. Self paced and only working against yourself this class is perfect for beginners and intermediate trainers
