Chickick Fitness is a footy inspired group training program designed for women to reach their health and fitness goals.
1.1 The minimum age of a member is 18. Anybody who is under the age of 18 but over the age of 14 and wishes to join must have the written consent of a parent/guardian and also the written consent of a medical professional.
2.1 Full Membership (Monthly)
2.1.1 All monthly membership payments give the member the option to attend all of the weekly sessions detailed in the “timetable” section of this website. All monthly membership payments are payable on the 1st day of each month.
2.1.2 All monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your monthly membership, you must inform Chickick Fitness in writing at least 7 days prior to your next monthly membership payment (due on the 1st day of each month). This must be in the form of an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the persons intention to cease payments from an intended date. Any other forms of notification will not be accepted.
2.1.3 Should you wish to suspend your membership, you must inform Chickick Fitness in writing at least 7 days prior to your next monthly membership payment (due on the 1st day of each month). This must be in the form of an email sent to email@example.com outlining the persons intention to cease payments from an intended date. Any other forms of notification will not be accepted. You can suspend your membership for up to 5 weeks at a time.
2.1.4 There will be no refunds to a member for any reason after payment has been made.
2.2. Flexi Membership (10 session pass)
2.2.1 All flexi membership payments give the member the option to attend any 10 Chickick Fitness sessions;
2.2.2 All flexi membership will expire after three monthly from the date of purchase.
2.2.3 There will be no refunds to a member for any reason after payment has been made.
3. Failed payments
3.1. Failed payments will incur a fee of $9.50 which will be added to the next successful payment.
4.1. As sessions are held outdoors, weather is uncontrollable, and training sessions will run in rain unless the weather is deemed dangerous due to hail or lightning.
4.2. Sessions that are washed out due to rain will not be compensated for, unless a whole week of training has been cancelled by Chickick Fitness.
5.1. Members are entitled to attend all sessions they have signed up for and are encouraged not to miss any sessions.
5.2. Chickick Fitness will not compensate members who do not show up to sessions they have paid for. However members have the opportunity to suspend their membership as detailed in section 2.1.3.
5.3. Chickick Fitness is closed on Public Holidays, hence training sessions will not be run on Public holidays and will also not be compensated for.
If you do have a medical condition;
You are strongly advised to seek a medical practitioner’s advice before taking out a Chickick Fitness membership.
If you do have a medical condition and are unable to obtain clearance from a registered Medical practitioner then you cannot commence your chosen course.
In such circumstances;
A full refund of your course fee (if paid) will be given, provided that you give Chickick Fitness notice of your failure to obtain medical clearance at least 7 days prior to your membership commencement date.
We warn you that Chickick Fitness runs intense fitness sessions which will involve a demanding level of physical activity. While attending our sessions, you may suffer injuries including broken bones, soft tissue injuries and joint injuries.
Release and indemnity
If we accept your membership application and you become and remain a Chickic Fitness member, you agree that we will not be liable for:
any loss, damage or theft of property belonging to, or brought to an Urban Bootcamp session by you or your guest, unless caused by our gross negligence any death, personal injury or illness incurred at our sessions.
I have read, understood and will answer the health screener questions fully and truthfully. I agree to the terms and conditions and I am aware it is my responsibility to consult with my personal physician regarding my medical fitness to engage in exercise.
Chickick Fitness memberships are non-transferable and can not be cancelled within 1 week of the membership start date. Missed classes will not be refunded so please try to attend all of them.
Chickick Fitness reserves the right to cancel or change session details, including trainers, if necessary. I do hereby intend to be legally bound for myself and waive release of any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the training facility and the exercise professional administering the exercise program provided to me. I am aware that I can withdraw at any time from the session and that this document in no way limits my rights at law from any damage that might occur due to negligence on the part of the trainer.
To enter a membership agreement with Chickick Fitness, you accept that you have read, understood and accept the above Terms & Conditions.
The bring a friend promotion offers all members a $40 credit for every friend they bring down who signs up to either a full or flexi Chickick Membership. Note that the $40 credit is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. In the event that a member brings down multiple friends who all sign up to a Chickick Fitness membership, only one $40 credit can be taken at a time, with any additional credits available for future months. Any member claiming a $40 credit for the bring a friend promotion can not apply this to their first monthly payment, and must be used to offset payments made after the first month. To secure a $40 credit the friend must state the name of the member that brought them down to Chickick Fitness on their initial sign up form prior to starting their first session.
Chickick Fitness is currently held at various times across our Doncaster and Richmond locations. For session times please refer to the timetable section of this website. Please note that Chickick Fitness reserves the right to change the session times, locations and number of sessions held per week at any time.
