No – While we use football training techniques no football experience is required. We use soft Sherrin footballs so all members can quickly pick up the skills required.

Chickick Fitness sessions include a variety of exercises and training techniques so no two sessions are ever the same. Sessions can include Boxing, Running, Strength, Agility, Cardio, Plyometric, Resistance and Skills training. We also incorporate the footballs with a focus on having fun so you won’t even realise how hard you are working!
No – Our sessions are structured to accommodate all levels of fitness. So if you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, Chickick Fitness is for you.
Like all exercise programs there is always the possibility of injury. Our coaches will do their best to modify drills and exercises accordingly to reduce the risk of injury. Should you have any concerns during your session your coach is always there to guide and assist you where needed. While we use football training techniques to get you fit in a fun team environment, there is NO CONTACT. If you do however have an existing sports injury or health issue you should first check with a doctor prior to starting your training program.
No – Normal training gear should be worn i.e. runners.

All sessions run for 60 minutes (However most girls like to get there a little early for some extra practice)
All sessions are run by fully qualified personal trainers with football experience. For more information please click on ‘meet the coaches’.
The number of participants varies from session to session but we generally have between 10 and 15 participants. Sessions are planned to cater for up to 30 girls.
If it is raining, the sessions are still held, while some of our facilities have an undercover/indoor option we will generally be outside. This decision will be made by the coach on the on the night and will be based upon safety concerns, available facilities and the session planned.
