During these 90 min open sessions participants arrive anytime and complete their own individual workouts. Hit the bags, lift weights, create your own circuit, work the pads or jump in the ring and spar. It's up to you!

  • BYO boxing wraps & gloves

  • Please bring a towel, water bottle to every session

  • Limited pairs of loan gloves are available to borrow at the gym. 

  • Boxing wraps available for purchase at the gym - $15 per pair

How much do Open Training sessions cost?

Open Training is just $5 per person, per visit.

What is Open Training

During Open Training the gym is open for participants to complete their own individual workouts. Lift weights, hit the bags, complete your own circuit session, work the pads or jump in the ring and spar.  

Do I have to spar?

No. What you do during Open Training sessions is totally up to you! If you don't wish to spar that's fine simply choose the exercises or style of training you enjoy! 

Do I have to train for the whole 90 Mins?

No. How long you train for is up to you! Arrive anytime and leave whenever you wish. While some participants exercise for the whole 90 mins others complete 20, 30, 45 or 60-min workouts.   

I'm new to Boxing / Fitness Training is Open Training suitable for me?

While all are welcome at open training if you are new to boxing &/or fitness training we recommend you begin with some of our group classes. Our structured classes include the basics for boxing, strength & conditioning and cardio & core training. All timetabled classes are created and fully supervised by our qualified trainers. Here you can learn correct & safe technique before joining the open training sessions to further develop your training.    

Age Restrictions 

Participants must be 15yo or above to attend unaccompanied. Those under 15yo are welcome to attend providing they are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.   

How do I book for an open training session?

No booking required! Simply turn up Monday or Wednesday between 4:30pm-6pm and get training!
